Description:

sandlakecountySand Lake is located in Elk Township in Northwestern Lake County.  The lake is a respectable fifty acres in size, 1.1 miles of shoreline with depths of up to fifty feet. The Northern most tip of the lake stretches into Norman Township in Southern Manistee County, just South of the Village of Dublin.

There is a public access site on the North side of the lake, just off Sand Lake Road. The site has a hard surface ramp, toilets and parking for 30 cars.
