Description:

Union Lake is located in Sherwood and Ovid Townships in Branch County. This Michigan lake consists of 518 acres of surface waters with reported depths of 10 feet. Union Lake is the backwaters behind the Union City Dam on the  St Joseph River.

There is a public access site on the North side of the lake, just off Tuttle Road. The site has a hard surface ramp, toilets and parking for 10 cars.

Fishermen report catches of Bluegill, Bullhead, Catfish and Largemouth Bass.
