Description:

Crooked (Big) Lake is located in Keeler Township in Southwestern Van Buren County.  This Michigan lake consists of 110 acres of surface waters with reported depths of 48 feet. Big Crooked Lake is serviced by a municipal sewer system.

Big Crooked Lake is located 116 miles from Chicago, 36 miles from Elkhart and 44 miles from South Bend. From nearby Dowagiac Michigan, take 51 North then East on 152.

Big Crooked Lake is adjacent to Round Lake and Little Crooked Lake.

A public access site to Crooked Lake includes a gravel ramp with limited parking is located on the east side of the lake, off M-152.
