Description: Lower Evans Lake is located in Martiny Township in Mecosta County. Lower Evans Lake is part of the Martiny Chain of Lakes which consists of over 1700 acres of surface waters and includes Tubbs Lake, Boom Lake, Saddlebag Lake, Big Evans Lake, Manake Lake, Lost Lake, Dogfish Lake, Upper Evans Lake and Bass Lake. The lakes in the Martiny Chain of Lakes are surrounded by the Martiny Lake State Game Area. |
